We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange calls you ask for, prepare a proposal you requested, coordinate the services you choose, and, if you asked us to, send you updates about Perfect Family Academy. We rely on your consent and on the steps needed to respond to your request or provide the services you choose.
Who we share it with
Our website, forms, bookings and payments run on Wix, which processes data on our behalf. With your agreement, we share the information needed for your care with the partner clinic and service providers involved in your journey. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Perfect Family International is a fertility coordination and advisory company. We are not a medical facility, and we do not provide medical treatment, medical diagnoses or medical advice.
Clinical assessments, medical decisions and treatment are provided by independent partner clinics and qualified healthcare professionals, who are responsible for the medical care they provide. Information on this website and in our consultations, guides and courses is general and educational. It does not replace advice from your own doctor.
No fertility treatment can guarantee pregnancy or a live birth. Where a clinic offers a programme with a financial guarantee, it is a contractual arrangement subject to that clinic's specific eligibility criteria, exclusions and terms, which we will share with you in writing. Some procedures described on this site, such as ovarian rejuvenation, are experimental and their effectiveness has not been established.
